Protect does not touch your website
Protect watches and informs: it monitors, detects changes and alerts you. Any fix is always done with you and with your approval.
And it renews your certification by itself: with Protect, every inspection that still meets the standard renews your WOSIFY Certified without you doing anything.
What Protect does not do
Protect watches what can be seen on the served website: that it is online, that the SSL certificate is valid, that the «Not secure» warning does not appear, that no critical problem shows up that was not there yesterday, and that the score does not drop.
It is not a backup, not hosting, and not plugin maintenance — WordPress updates are flagged, never applied on their own. And it does not monitor your email or your DNS: only what the inspection can see from the outside. We would rather say it here than in an awkward call.
An honest requirement
Protect requires that your website has passed a Wosify Full Inspection. An already-healthy website does not need Optimize to be protected — but we need to know its state before watching over it.
